She adds, “I hope to excel in life, and constantly improve myself to reach my full potential and future goals.”

Rebecca Monk, a high achiever in both academics and athletics, says she enjoyed her matric year. “I am very grateful to all my teachers for their support. On the strength of my high school career, I have been accepted at universities in Leeds, Loughborough, Exeter, and Bristol in England, at Edinburgh in Scotland, and at Stellenbosch and UCT in the Western Cape, to study for a BSc in Geography and compete as a triathlete. Looking ahead, I would like to represent my country in triathlons alongside helping to affect change to the way humans interact with the environment.”

Another proud Reddam House Constantia matriculant, Chloe Sneddon, says, “Matric was a memorable and special year that I will cherish. Most importantly, it was a year of immense growth, which was made all the more enjoyable by the supportive community of staff and students.” Chloe will be attending Stellenbosch University this year, studying BCom Law with the aim of obtaining a law and finance degree. “Following that, I plan to do my articles to pursue a legal career, and ultimately, the future goal is to start a firm with my two sisters.”

Reddam House Atlantic Seaboard and Reddam House Durbanville achieved 2,3 distinctions per student, and 2,09 distinctions per student respectively.

Ravi Nadasen, CEO of Inspired South Africa, says Reddam House schools across the country consistently uphold the group’s healthy track record of sending graduating students out into the world, equipped to reach their full potential and shine in whatever path they choose to follow. “My sincere congratulations go out to every 2022 Reddam House matric student who put in the hours and achieved their goals in the demanding IEB environment.
